Flower remedies, also called flower essences, are herbal infusions, made from the flowering part of wild plants, bushes or trees, which address emotional and mental aspects of wellness. This method of treatment was discovered in the 1930's by Dr. Edward Bach, a renowned British physician and bacteriologist. Not to be confused with aromatherapy or essential oils, flower remedies are scentless and are taken internally in the form of liquid drops under the tongue.

How are they made?

Flower essences are made on site in their natural growing habitat and never in a laboratory. The best and brightest flowers of a field are picked and then floated in a crystal bowl filled with water (from a clear stream nearby). When the flowers have stood in full sunlight for several hours of the morning, the water is impregnated with the power of the plant. This is the flower essence. This liquid is then bottled and preserved in organic brandy.
