How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

Finished my first bottle of whole hearted (and my first ever flower remedy I’ve taken) last night. It was a wild ride of letting go of grief from my lifetime and the grief I inherited from my ancestors. I felt extremely guided through the process. I moved out of my apartment of 5 years and away from my roommate and best friend while taking whole hearted and I know this remedy helped me through that. As soon as I opened and smelled this remedy, I cried because it felt like the love I had been longing for my whole life. I haven’t noticed anything yet, but am having trouble using it as prescribed. Can’t seem to do 4x per day as of yet.

If you have trouble remembering to take it four times a day, I recommend putting your full daily 16 drops in a 16 oz. water bottle and sipping through the day. The remedy will still work if you take it less times a day, but it will take much longer to kick in and the effects will feel more subtle. This remedy was pure magic. I was unbothered with my breakup within days of starting Whole Hearted and was able to process emotions from past relationships as well. I would definitely recommend Whole Hearted.
