This formula helps children relax and unwind, getting them ready for bed. Unlike herbal sleep-aids, flower remedies will not make children drowsy and may be used in the daytime for hyperactivity. Contains: calming Vervain for kids who have a hard time falling or staying asleep; Chicory, a security blanket for kids who get up in the night to get in bed with parents and Agrimony, a soothing balm for restlessness or worry. Reduces nervousness, anxiety, fears and apprehension. Mimulus and Centaury give courage to the sensitive child who is timid or shy by nature. Fears may include separation anxiety, going to school (tests, oral exams, etc.), bullies, the dark, sleeping alone, or any new situation. Aspen gives a feeling of safety when there are nightmares or irrational fears, of ghosts etc. This may be used daily until the child feels more secure, but it can also be used situationally, i.e. for a plane trip or going to the dentist.
