How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I first started taking this remedy with the hope of receiving more love from others, but I came to realize what I really wanted was validation. I was hoping this remedy would give me the validation from others in my life... but as I took this remedy I realized that desire was rooted in not actually feeling worthy of deeper love, I just wanted to be soothed by external approval. As I continued to take this remedy a lot of difficult feelings came up, I actually felt more isolated over time because I felt the deeper feelings that made me feel unworthy of love (I think this is an important note because taking flower remedies requires trust that you will move through what it coming up and you have the capacity to hold more). Interestingly, having these darker emotions come up was matched with a deeper self love to nurture those emotions. Flower remedies have oriented me towards healing in a different way, they are sometimes slower and spiral into many stages, but I always trust that it leads to a more integrated version of myself. I'm trying to decide my next remedy - I really want to build more on making decisions for myself, feeling confident, and shifting from the heavier energy of in love.

I keep coming back to In Love, taken after Wholehearted which offered a deep and intense healing for me, In Love was like cream in my coffee.
I feel most myself when in a loving and sensual frequency and In Love always guides me gently back to this place. I experience feelings of security and grounding, a warm loving embrace, from where I can express my most sensual, feminine, light and loving self without shame, anxiety or fear - I notice I move away from old patterning with consciousness and empathy.
I also have to note for those dating or open to finding love, I was taking Wholehearted followed by two In Love’s at the beginning of the year when I was dating my now partner.
