How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

Following intuitive guidance, I cycled through Ganesh Unburden & Gamine No 7 in waves throughout 2024. Whenever I was taking Ganesh I felt an immediate uptick in energy and inspiration. I took it to help me with a work project (which it did!) however when I was taking Ganesh I also saw to the root of patterns that I had felt blocked by for a long time. Things where it had been obvious “oh, that’s a pattern!” but I really could never see the cause.
Every time I cycled through Ganesh, I would suddenly see a pattern and its root cause 100% clearly. It was sometimes quite painful but I felt sooooo much lighter by the end of each bottle. I also personally found it really supportive to take Unburden *after* Ganesh each time, because Ganesh would uproot the pattern and then Unburden felt like it would help my system catch up emotionally.
Some of the most magical things that felt tied to Ganesh specifically: booking multiple podcast interviews the first day I started the first bottle, signing a new 6-fig client by gifting her a bottle (it opens doors even when you don’t take it! hehe), uncovering a deeply painful memory from childhood that was at the root of my inability to show up for my business in a key way that I’d been struggling with for years.
