How to choose
Pick the flower remedy that most relates to your feelings and emotional state overall, at the moment. If some of the symptoms listed do not pertain to you, the formula will still be effective in treating the symptoms you do have. An inappropriate remedy will not hurt or cause adverse reaction.
Regular vs. Alcohol-free
Both versions are equally effective. It’s just a matter of preference. The regular tastes like alcohol because it’s preserved with brandy (handmade, biodynamic, artisan distilled from grapes). The alcohol-free is sweet tasting because vegetable glycerine is naturally sweet, but there is no sugar or sweetener added and it has a low glycemic index.
Mixing formulas
Please avoid taking more than one formula at a time, as it lessens the effectiveness. (First Aid Kit is the exception and can be taken at any time.)

I took the remedy for 3 months (3 bottles) and it brought me so much peace, strength, very good skin and overall helped me stay grounded and centered during a breakup. Of course, as with any of these fabulous and magical remedies, there were many epiphanies along the way and I realized how often I was tuning into others and what I thought they would expect from me instead of listening to myself and my intuition. I've been using Pathos for two weeks now (only for two weeks!!), and it has had a wonderfully calming effect on me. In the past, I've tried PE and SS, which were also effective, but Pathos has truly helped me achieve a sense of balance and tranquility. It's been an incredible remedy. Additionally, since I started using Pathos, I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin. My rosacea has calmed down, and my skin appears more radiant. Thank you!

I never thought to try Pathos as I have never thought of myself as an empath. Tho I was feeling quite rough during the solar eclipse and Alexis suggested this might be a beneficial remedy. It just arrived yesterday and I’ve been taking it for less than 24 hours and have felt dramatic changes The biggest is really prioritizing myself and my own needs I have been healing a lot of areas recently around codependency and putting others needs above my own , somewhat subconsciously. I have taken a lot of inspired action in the last few hours just based on how I’m feeling and the ease of taking care of myself and deeply committing to myself. I have a long history of dysfunctional empathy, so I bought Pбthos asap & started taking it at the end of July. At the time, I was planning my move to Mexico in September with a lot of mixed feelings. Most of Alexis' remedies start to really work on me about a week in. Only 2 remedies have had intense effects within a few days. This was one of them. On day 3, I felt a huge emotional release. In the middle of the night I realized I felt GUILTY about moving to Mexico. Who was I to love my dream life? I also realized I was holding onto a lot of fear that did not belong to me. Taking these remedies always triggers an emotional purge for me, so I knew what to expect. I leaned into the feelings and had a good sob for about 20 minutes. I asked Jesus to take the feelings that did not belong to me & felt a huge shift. This purge was very mild compared to other emotional purges I've had with Bach remedies. When it comes to reclaiming my empathy, I have a lot of work left to do. But this remedy helped to release a mixed bag of emotions I was holding onto that didn't belong to me.
